Returns
We want you to love everything you buy at Isports mission.  In the event, your item(s) is/are not a win, we will give you a refund of the original payment method within 15 days of the original purchase date.  

We can offer you store credit on purchases up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  

*Exceptions will be made for purchases made in the month of December due to vacation store closing December 25th - January 15th.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original tags.  If it does not have tags, it is considered worn and is not eligible for a return or exchange.

The following merchandise is considered a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange: 

  • Purchases made longer than 30 days prior to return date. 
  • Clearance items with prices marked down in red
  • Intimate apparel including bras and panties
  • Sale items more than 30% off
  • Gift cards

To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt/gift receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). 

Request/Manage Your Return Online; 

You can use the link above to Create a Return online or you may;

1. Email [email protected] with your name (purchasers name) and online order number (from the packing slip) to request a Return Shipping label.  The shipping label will be emailed to you and €9 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.  

2. Ship the return yourself (including the packing slip) to:

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming
    your refund being processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a billing cycle.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company to see if it's pending.

    Clearance items (if applicable)
    Clearance sale items with red or "SALE" tags cannot be refunded, these will be noted "Final Sale" on your packing slip.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    If you need to exchange for the same item, in a different size, you can either send us an email at [email protected] or call (+370)43085366 and we'll let you know if we have the size available and can email you a Free Return Shipping label for any exchange.

    Alternatively, you can reorder online the size/color item you need and email for your return label.  If you want to ship the return yourself the address is:

    Gifts

    When purchasing a gift, please do not remove the tags. We recommend using a pen or marker to black out the price.  We offer gift receipts in-store.  Packing slips can be used for online gifts as receipts.

    If the item is not accompanied by a receipt or packing slip, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate can be processed.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance, as most carriers only cover up to €100. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
